Life-changing in the most literal sense of the word. Two years ago, I moved across the globe, from San Francisco to the great, global city of London. That change is likely one of the most important in my life, and has unleashed a life that is better than I imagined possible. It is thanks to my collaboration with Katia.

Katia's zone of genius lies both in helping each of us name our dreams and in revealing the agency we each have to make them happen. In working with Katia, I've learned to embrace uncertainty and see the opportunity therein. That opening has created space for roles and life experiences beyond my imagination that were in a different league than those that seemed 'obvious.'

She leads by example and her joy and commitment to making the most of our lives is infectious. My greatest idea for making the world a better place is for more people to experience the change Katia can provide.
